As the face of the company, you’ll create positive interactions with our customers every day and grow your skills through industry‑leading training and ongoing coaching. How you will make an impact Consulting with Card Members to recommend tailored resolutions and meet their needs. Troubleshooting website issues and guiding customers through the site. Assisting with booking domestic and international flights, cars and hotels. Helping Card Members access exclusive benefits and Membership Reward points. Multi‑tasking multiple customer conversations simultaneously. Minimum Qualifications Flair for recognizing customer mood and tone through written communication. Fluently speak and write in English. Strong computer skills for navigating multiple tools. Resilience and composure under pressure. Problem solving and creative solutions with first‑contact resolution focus. Mathematical mind with attention to detail and accuracy. Minimum 1 year live chat experience (must be a must). Strong time‑management, prioritization and multi‑tasking skills. High integrity to work with customer information and meet compliance. Flexibility to work a shifting schedule. Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, college undergrad, senior high school graduate may apply. Additional Details Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Workplace Flexibility: Full time, hybrid (onsite and work from home).
