- Must be a graduate of any Medical Allied course (e.g., Nursing, MedTech, Pharmacy, PT, RadTech, etc.)
- With at least 6 months of BPO or Customer Service experience handling US Healthcare account (preferably voice account and Prior Authorization knowledge)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Amenable to work on night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work on-site
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to start immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based healthcare customers
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing concerns, and medical-related inquiries
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Use medical knowledge to understand customer needs and provide the appropriate solutions
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., claims, benefits) for proper case resolution
- Uphold HIPAA standards and data confidentiality
