Co-Product Manager at YAHSHUA HRIS | Enhancing UX/UI & Building Self-Service HR Solutions We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong audit experience and the capability to take on leadership responsibilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to guiding others toward excellence in financial and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise audit engagements, ensuring compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and other regulatory requirements. Review and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and strengthen internal controls and audit procedures. Coordinate with management and external auditors for timely and accurate reporting. Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and technical guidance. Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and strategy. Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government reporting requirements. Qualifications Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing. Strong audit experience (minimum of 3–5 years preferred). Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is an advantage, or must demonstrate leadership potential. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, PFRS, and tax compliance in the Philippines. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Has good attitude and behavior and maintains professionalism in all interactions.
