Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Site Architect to join our project team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with basic experience in CAD drafting, architecture, or site development. The successful candidate will support the project team by creating accurate site plans, construction drawings, and visual presentations using CAD software. Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed site plans , layouts , and architectural drawings using AutoCAD (or similar CAD software). Assist in the preparation of planning and construction documents under the supervision of senior staff. Interpret and apply local zoning regulations, codes, and ordinances in the development of site designs. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings align with project goals. Update and revise drawings based on feedback and redlines from supervisors. Maintain organized digital files and drawing sets for each project. Conduct basic research on site conditions and regulations as required. Participate in occasional site visits or surveys to support data collection and accuracy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , and SketchUp . Basic understanding of site planning, architectural design, and construction documentation. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Internship or coursework related to site planning or architecture.
