About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Architect Apprentice to support both design and site coordination tasks in a hybrid setup. You’ll assist in preparing drawings, documentation, and presentations while also joining site visits to ensure that design intent is carried out during construction. This role is ideal for young architects who want to gain well-rounded experience in both office and field work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise architectural drawings, layouts, and details
• Support site monitoring and coordinate with contractors and consultants
• Assist in material selection, documentation, and design presentations
• Help with RFIs, permits, and technical coordination tasks
• Collaborate with the design team in both remote and on-site settings

Qualifications

• BS Architecture graduate (licensed or non-licensed; fresh grads welcome)
• Basic knowledge of architectural design and construction processes
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Sketchup and rendering software
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working both remotely and during scheduled site visits

Preferred

• Experience or internship in design, documentation, or fit-out projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
