Remote Graphic Designer

Job Description: Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team in developing visually compelling materials across digital and print platforms. This remote role is ideal for a self-motivated designer with a strong understanding of branding, layout, and emerging AI design tools. Job Responsibilities: Design digital marketing materials including social media graphics, email banners, and digital ads. Create and maintain brand-consistent visual content across all platforms. Develop visual assets for blog posts, case studies, and white papers. Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and infographics. Edit and enhance images for use in marketing materials. Design presentation decks and pitch materials for sales and internal use. Produce creative assets for video content, including thumbnails and lower thirds. Assist in website layout design and visual improvements. Create mockups and prototypes for new digital initiatives. Maintain a digital asset library with organized, searchable design files. Contribute to visual storytelling strategies across campaigns. Incorporate AI tools into the design process for increased efficiency. Implement A/B testing visuals to improve engagement rates. Provide design support for internal communications and HR campaigns. Deliver final artwork files in required formats with proper specifications. Job Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Canva, including AI features like Magic Design and Magic Write. Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layout. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment. Experience designing for both digital and print formats. Ability to manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency. Effective communication and collaboration skills. AI Skills: Experience using Canva AI tools Familiarity with Midjourney and DALL·E for visual asset generation Proficiency in using ChatGPT for creative support Experience with Adobe Firefly or similar AI-powered tools Preferred Skills: Basic video editing for simple animations or promotional content Familiarity with UX/UI design principles Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques Strong grasp of color theory and application in branding Job KPIs: Timely delivery of design projects in alignment with campaign timelines Adherence to brand guidelines across all visual content Increase in engagement metrics (CTR, conversions) on designed assets Internal stakeholder satisfaction with delivered materials Efficient integration and application of AI tools in design workflows Job Requirements: A home office set up that meets the following: Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following: Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or macOS 12 or newer. Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds. Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings. Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app. Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls. A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview) Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written Able to work part-time 20 hrs. a week, 4 hours per day, during PST or EST time zone (Monday to Friday) Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments. Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants). Compensation: Pay rate starts at Php27,300 and may vary by experience and location.
