Validates results and performs rebuttals when needed, and communicates recommendations aligned to processes and workflows among responsible departments by means of Quality Assurance reporting. Uses quality monitoring data management system to track and document staff performance. Additional tasks may be assigned based on client requirements or business needs. Required Qualifications: With active PHRN or USRN license At least 6 months of current or related utilization management (UM) or quality assurance experience Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled. Preferred: Ability to use PC and widely used software packages, especially Microsoft Office handling of spread sheets and word processing Effective oral/written communication skills Good negotiating skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to be detail oriented and be able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
