Job Summary We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to oversee system access management, employee onboarding, and IT infrastructure administration while ensuring our Microsoft-based environment operates smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage user accounts, access permissions, and authentication policies across Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.). Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding, ensuring seamless setup of new hires (email, devices, applications, and security protocols). Maintain role‑based access controls (RBAC) and security policies. Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, including email, collaboration tools, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and endpoint security. Manage device lifecycle processes for company laptops, desktops, and mobile device configurations. Implement software updates, patches, and system optimizations. Monitor endpoint security (Microsoft Defender, MFA policies, device encryption). Assist with security audits, risk assessments, and incident response protocols. Serve as the go‑to resource for employees needing assistance with Microsoft 365, system access, and IT troubleshooting. Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, connectivity, and device performance issues. Assist with data management tasks and basic automation or scripting support where applicable. Required Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or business systems management. Understanding of IT security best practices, including access management and compliance policies. Experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and network configurations. Ability to assist employees with IT needs, providing clear and effective technical guidance. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment This role is primarily sedentary with standard office conditions, requiring sitting for extended periods of time and occasional light lifting.
