As an Saas Implementation Lead - Senior you act as a bridge between business objectives and technical implementation for an assigned SaaS platform. You gather, document and analyze requirements from stakeholders and effectively communicate them to the developer teams. You research and propose new configuration solutions to stakeholder needs.   • Ability to identify problems, propose holistic solutions, and make decisions based on data analysis
  • Strong expertise in assigned SaaS platform (3+ products)
  • Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to lead others to solve complex problems; use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst for a technical function or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field
  • Business Analysis certification is desired; certified in assigned SaaS platform

Job Description

The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the effective administration of the HR information system, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data, and providing technical support to HR staff and employees. This role involves data management, reporting, system maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR processes through the use of technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Maintain and update the HRIS with employee information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Manage system configurations, security roles, and user access. Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, escalating to vendors or IT support when necessary.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data into the HRIS. Conduct regular data audits to maintain data quality and compliance with policies. Manage data migration and integration from other systems.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular and ad hoc reports for HR and management. Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards using PowerBI to visualize key HR metrics. Ensure reporting complies with legal requirements and standards.
  • Training and Support: Train HR staff and employees on the use of the HRIS. Develop user guides and training materials. Provide ongoing technical support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and system enhancements. Stay updated on HR technology trends.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations. Implement and monitor security measures. Conduct regular reviews of policies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience: 2-3 years in HRIS administration or similar role
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM), MS Office, data management tools
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills

Preferred Skills

  • SQL or other database query languages; Power BI
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • HRIS certification is a plus
