Responsibilities
  1. Due Diligence Program Quality Assurance: Proofreads and edits due diligence (“DD”) reports for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and diction. Conducts spot checks by researching report Subjects or Entities to ensure comprehensive findings. Screens for misinterpretation of facts or misleading language. Diagnoses content quality and escalates issues to Senior Editor. Ensures formatting and reporting standards are met. Provides feedback to Analysts and TLs. Acts to prevent substandard reports from release by directing amendments. Collaborates with operational leadership to align DD scope with client needs.
  2. Training and Development: Offers feedback to TLs on writing and analytical issues. Supports training of new team members on guidelines, risk definitions, and style. Communicates observations on analyst performance. Disseminates reporting templates and guidelines. Assists in reviewing DD products and developing templates to adapt to market and client needs.
  3. Others: Proofreads entries on PSA Wiki for accuracy. Provides editing support for investigations and marketing projects as needed.
Additional Information

Recruitment Process: Includes an exam, psychological interview, and final panel interview. Candidates should be prepared for a hybrid setup, working five days a week on-site in Makati. Residency within the metro is a strict requirement.
