As the Marketing & Client Success Specialist, you’ll bridge the gap between marketing and customer service — managing digital campaigns, communicating with clients, and helping guide them through key program milestones. You’ll use HubSpot daily to build and send email campaigns, track client progress, and manage workflows. You’ll also help maintain marketing assets, assist with event campaigns, and ensure every customer feels seen, supported, and delighted.
