We're seeking an experienced Contract Sourcer to support our hiring initiatives from November 2025 through January 2026. This is a high‑impact role where you'll help us identify and engage exceptional talent across engineering, marketing, and professional services functions. Location We are looking to partner with someone in LATAM or APAC. What You’ll Do Source top‑tier candidates across multiple functions: software engineers, marketing, and professional services roles. Build and manage talent pipelines using advanced search strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, industry communities, and other sourcing channels. Craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with passive candidates and generate strong response rates. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics. Track and report on sourcing metrics including pipeline health, response rates, and conversion metrics. Maintain organized candidate records in our ATS and provide regular pipeline updates. What You Bring 3+ years of hands‑on sourcing experience in a recruiting agency, in‑house recruiting team, or as an independent sourcer. Ideally, you have your own LinkedIn Recruiter seat (Recruiter Lite or Corporate). Proven track record sourcing for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, etc.) and GTM/professional services positions. Strong Boolean search skills and experience with advanced sourcing techniques. Excellent written communication—your outreach messages convert passive candidates into interested prospects. Self‑starter mentality – you work independently, manage your time effectively, and deliver results without constant oversight. Bonus Points Access to additional sourcing tools (e.g., Noon.ai & Ashby). Experience with startup or high‑growth company recruiting. Background sourcing for AI/ML, growth marketing, or strategy consulting roles. Experience with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.).
