Join Cloud Console as a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide technical troubleshooting and client support in a dynamic IT consulting environment. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist end-users with technical issues and provide troubleshooting support for workstations. Monitor client environments and report any issues promptly. Maintain detailed time logs for all tasks performed. Assist with software patching, backups, alerts, antivirus updates, and hardware monitoring. Collaborate with senior team members to resolve client issues effectively. Maintain open communication with colleagues and team leaders. Support engineering teams and project managers to meet project deadlines. Attend to call queues regularly and assist with special projects as needed. Perform additional duties as required. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Proficiency in technical tasks and client support. Basic understanding of Server and Network administration. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients. Experience in supporting small to medium-sized businesses is advantageous. Familiarity with structured cabling is a bonus. Technical troubleshooting, customer service skills, basic networking knowledge. Operating systems support for Windows and Linux. Time management, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Reliable internet connection (minimum speed: 10MBPS). Motorcycle ownership is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Certifications are a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary package.
