Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Digital Content Management and Monetization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full digital content lifecycle — from acquisition, organization, and publication to optimization and revenue generation across multiple digital platforms (e.g., YouTube, OTT, social media, mobile, and web). This leadership role requires strong project management skills, industry knowledge, and a data-driven mindset to grow content visibility, user engagement, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall digital content strategy to align with the company’s brand, business goals, and monetization targets. Manage content workflows, including ingestion, metadata tagging, rights management, archiving, and publishing across digital platforms. Lead a team of digital producers, editors, content curators, and platform specialists. Identify and negotiate with content aggregators, platforms (e.g., YouTube, Meta, TikTok), OTT partners, and ad networks for syndication and monetization opportunities. Analyze performance metrics and viewer behavior to optimize content formats, publication schedules, and distribution tactics. Ensure compliance with copyright laws, licensing agreements, and platform-specific policies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, legal, and IT teams to maximize content reach and revenue. Stay up-to-date with trends in digital media, content monetization models (e.g., AVOD, SVOD, FAST), and emerging technologies. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in digital content strategy, media operations, or platform monetization, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role. Skills & Competencies Proven experience with digital CMS, content analytics tools, and rights management systems. Deep understanding of monetization channels: YouTube monetization, programmatic ads, branded content, affiliate marketing, SVOD, and OTT. Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-driven attitude. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with digital trends, SEO, copyright/IP, audience development, and digital video ecosystems. Preferred Experience in broadcasting, entertainment, or edtech content is a plus. Certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or content strategy are an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
