Sales Executive Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  1. Generating leads.
  2. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  3. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  4. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  5. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  6. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  7. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  8. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  9. Maintaining client records.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Required skills: Communication Skills, Computer Skills, Sales and Marketing.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in the construction industry, specifically in sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
