Responsibilities include:
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.

- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in the construction industry, specifically in sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
