Digital Project Manager I

The Digital Project Manager I assists in the delivery of digital projects, works with project teams to ensure project requirements are met, provides regular project updates to stakeholders, manages smaller tasks within a project, and supports project managers in the delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Project coordination

  • Coordinate daily with international counterparts and clients,

  • Receive and clarify digital briefs launch of the project to internal and external production teams,

  • Participate in project kick-off calls, review planning and customer requirements,

  • Work and collaborate directly with the technical production and PM teams to ensure that each project is on strategy, on time, and within budget,

  • Develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.

• Communication and reporting

  • Develop and facilitate communication strategies to distribute information to global teams,

  • Understand the project framework, report or escalate potential risks or malfunctions related to quality or planning, and proactively resolve issues,

  • Actively manage multiple project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines,

  • Provide technical and project management assistance on assigned projects.

• Production and quality supervision

  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget,

  • Monitor actual progress with the prepared project plan and ensure alignment,

  • Be open to learning IT technologies to identify and manage urgent change requests,

  • Provide quality control for all project deliverables,

  • Perform post-web or digital integration checks,

  • Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience in project management, or similar roles, preferably with client-facing experience,

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field,

• Excellent English communication skills,

• Proficiency in project coordination,

• Ability to prioritize, balance, and organize multiple tasks,

• Positive and deadline-driven attitude,

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy,

• Ability to identify risks and problems and provide solutions,

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly,

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill requirements into actionable plans,

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders,

• Hands-on experience with project management tools,

• Familiarity with content management systems and HTML/CSS,

• Interest in e-commerce, multimedia, localization, and emerging web technologies.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with basic project lifecycle and Agile principles,

• Hands-on experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Trello, Jira, and Confluence,

• Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and maximize integrations,

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics,

• Experience with content management systems such as Salesforce, Magento, Drupal, Sitecore, and AEM,

• Ability to identify opportunities for growth and suggest new projects,

• Knowledge of localization.

Work Set-Up and Working Hours

• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
