Level 3 Infrastructure IT Support Specialist We are a managed IT services company based in San Francisco that provides high‑end IT support and service for businesses around the bay area. We are looking for a remote Infrastructure IT Support Specialist based in the Philippines who can independently monitor, dispatch, and troubleshoot IT issues for multiple clients. Job Description You will be working 100% remote, providing remote technical support and coordination across a distributed team. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients concurrently. Responsibilities Provide remote technical support for Macs, PCs, cloud services, networks, servers, and third‑party software. Dispatch phone calls, monitor queues of callers and new tickets. Track time and notes in the ticketing system. Collaborate with the team through phone, chat, and video calls. Monitor and prioritize inbound alerts. Perform system maintenance on Macs, PCs, firewalls, wireless controllers, servers, and third‑party software. Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of IT experience. 4‑year university degree. Relevant IT certifications. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Strong people‑person skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Extensive experience troubleshooting computers in Mac and PC environments. Logical approach to problem solving and ability to work efficiently. Disciplined, motivated, punctual, self‑directed, and detail‑oriented. Experience juggling multiple clients simultaneously. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
