DevOps Engineer (Python) at Xurpas, Inc. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering containerized applications and infrastructure automation. The successful candidate will work with Golang, Python, and shell scripting to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment scripts, and monitoring solutions across cloud-native environments. Responsibilities & Qualifications Design, develop, and maintain container images and deployment pipelines as part of a small, cross‑functional team. Write and sustain Perl/Python and Shell scripts to automate processes and enhance productivity. Develop applications in Golang and similar languages; deploy using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes. Implement solutions with an enterprise cloud mindset, ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and infrastructure best practices. Execute engineering program management duties to deliver on security and infrastructure initiatives. Write clean, scalable code in Golang, Python, Groovy, or comparable technologies. Maintain existing Perl scripts for process automation. Prior experience with Docker, Git, Bash, and Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools. Use pipeline services (e.g., CodeBuild), YAML configurations, templating (Jinja, Go templates), and cloud networking concepts. Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker registries, and cloud‑native solutions. Demonstrate a DevOps mindset with a deep understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Monitoring, and Observability. Experience with Artifactory, Vault, or equivalent devops tooling preferred. Work schedule alignment with either North American or EMEA business days. Availability to work night shifts as required. Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
