Events Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Specialist or Coordinator to manage the logistics of our events. This role will focus on planning, coordinating, and executing both virtual and in-person events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys project management, and can effectively juggle multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including logistics, booth setup, shipping, and vendor management.
- Work with external shipping companies and vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of event materials.
- Manage event registrations, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements for attendees.
- Coordinate pre-event and post-event communications, including email campaigns and lead follow-up.
- Track and upload leads into HubSpot and sync with Salesforce for reporting.
- Create detailed action plans for each event and manage return shipping and inventory of event materials.
- Provide reports on event performance, including lead quality and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing events or working as an executive assistant preferred.
- Familiarity with event logistics and planning tools.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
