Responsibilities- Answer customer calls and handle inquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions to customers.
- Process requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and provide a positive customer experience in all interactions.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules.
- No prior call center experience needed – training will be provided.
