As an HR Assistant, you will be assigned to implement day-to-day activities/procedures of the Human Resources department in the following facets: recruitment and plantilla management, timekeeping and payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee and labor relations, and rewards and recognition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment/Plantilla Management: Maintains and updates 201 files of contractors and suppliers employees; conducts recruitment activities; checks and validates daily attendance; prepares reports; attends to salary/timekeeping concerns; prepares payroll-related reports.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Coordinates with head office compensation and benefits team on filing, processing, and enrollment of government benefits, HMO, SSS loan, Pag-IBIG loan, and company loan requests.
  • Performance Management: Conducts performance appraisal feedback with department heads.
  • Employee and Labor Relations: Conducts initial investigations; handles grievances and inquiries; computes HR grade; generates attendance reports; prepares disciplinary letters; conducts exit interviews; performs other HR/administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Good foundation in HR facets is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code/Law is an advantage
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Willing to work six days a week, shifting schedule, and holidays
  • Willing to be assigned at Imus, Cavite until deployment/opening at Silang, Cavite
