Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience configuring and developing within the Agiloft platform or similar low-code/no-code enterprise platforms Strong understanding of business process management, workflow automation, and system integration Proficiency in scripting languages, APIs, and data migration techniques including Agiloft integration methods and template scripting Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Experience with Agile/Scrum & hybrid methodologies for at least 4 years Technical Knowledge Proven experience configuring and developing within the Agiloft platform or similar low-code/no-code enterprise platforms Proficiency in scripting languages, APIs, and data migration techniques including Agiloft integration methods and template scripting How can you contribute to the team? About the Role: Agiloft is an adaptable enterprise platform specializing in contract lifecycle management (CLM), workflow automation, and business process management. The Agiloft Development Lead acts as the technical and functional focal point, orchestrating resources and aligning platform capabilities with organizational needs. Scope of Work / Responsibilities Overseeing the end-to-end design, development, configuration, and deployment of Agiloft solutions Collaborating with business analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables Managing the Agiloft development team, including internal staff and external vendors or consultants Establishing development standards, coding conventions, and QA processes for robust, secure, and maintainable solutions Planning and managing development sprints, project timelines, and resource allocation (Agile or hybrid) Serving as the primary technical escalation point for complex issues involving the Agiloft platform Ensuring potential future integration of Agiloft with other enterprise applications using ESA or custom integrations Overseeing testing and validation of changes to guarantee stability and policy compliance Coordinating user training, onboarding, and change management activities to drive adoption Maintaining documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows for technical and non-technical audiences Staying abreast of Agiloft product updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies Monitoring system performance, security, and usage analytics to proactively address issues Conducting needs assessments with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into solutions Designing and building custom tables, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces within Agiloft Developing automation scripts, integrations, and custom code where necessary Ensuring all modifications meet compliance, security, and scalability standards Communicating with clients to understand needs and recommend solutions Estimating costs and benefits of different solutions, including future enhancements Designing, implementing and maintaining solutions based on client needs Ensuring alignment of business requirements with ITD’s technical solutions, roadmap, backlog, and architecture Tracking client feedback to ensure satisfaction Leading delivery through Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment Collaborating with development teams to create or improve solutions Reviewing design issues and guiding developers, support engineers, and admins on defects Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor Developing delivery plans, WBS, and schedules for Agiloft initiatives Tracking progress, managing risks, and providing status updates Facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile/hybrid frameworks Creating documentation such as RDD, SDD, SLTO or TSMP Maintaining platform and technical documentation Work Arrangement Manila-based resource Reporting to client HQ (onsite) in Ortigas at least 3x a week with 500 PHP transportation allowance Contractual onsite requirements if needed Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Contract Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ERNI by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Development Team Lead” roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
