Join to apply for the Client Operations Senior Specialist role at Insight. This is an onsite opportunity with training conducted in the office located at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605. Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and manage the sales processes for the assigned Account Executive or team of Account Executives, including quoting, ordering and account management, mailbox and call management, part requests, report generation, order fulfillment, reporting, and collections.
  • Pre-sales support functions include pre-qualification of accounts, product pricing, research, configuration and product information.
  • Develop efficient practices to serve business needs; work on special projects for clients and the sales force as needed; ensure correct and accurate order processing.

We Are Looking For
  • Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 3-4 years of experience in pricing models, supply chain, order management, logistics, and the sales life cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in IT/BPO industry is preferred
