Role Description:
This role will form an integral part of our Global Excellence Centre (GEC) – Arcadis’ centralized and fully integrated project delivery group. Our GEC is made up of more than 3,000 talented individuals working in offices across Philippines, Romanina and India, providing Capability, Capacity and a Competitive Advantage across a wide array of unique projects and services, in collaboration with our global businesses.
Arcadis' Philippines office is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic Workplace team, contributing to a range of high-profile projects.
In this role, you’ll oversee the architectural design and technical development, ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and functionality.
Role Accountabilities:

• Lead the production, and coordination of technical drawings through all project phases—from Concept Design through to Construction Documentation
• Oversee the development and integration of design solutions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations
• Manage multiple projects throughout the North America and Asia, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and client objectives
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects
• Monitor project timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related equivalent.
• 10 years + of experience, with a proven track record in Workplace design, particularly in blocking and test-fitting process.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential to this role.
• Previous experience on projects across North America and Asia is preferred
• Client presentation and coordination experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Working knowledge in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong command in written and spoken English is essential.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions
• Open-mindedness and enthusiasm for contributing to the team’s digital initiative and process automation efforts.
