Responsibilities Research & Data Management Gather and verify data on partner schools, including key contacts. Gather relevant data for building reports that are valuable for company partners. Conduct online research on school programs, event schedules, and partnership opportunities. Administrative & Tracker Updates Maintain and regularly update internal databases and spreadsheets used by the academic linkages and client support teams. Assist in maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly trackers of partnership milestones and partner school event statistics. Support documentation for school partnerships, including coordination logs, MOAs, and event reports. Encode and organize information from company and school partner communications. Marketing & Communication Support Assist in preparing presentation, publication, and communication materials (e.g., email drafts, proposals, or info decks). Coordinate with the marketing team for sending invites, announcements, and promotions to school and company partners. Help prepare simple reports, summaries, or feedback forms from events and meetings. Team Support & Coordination Work closely with the Academic Linkages and Customer Support teams to follow up on pending partnership activities. Support coordination of events by preparing logistics data or helping with pre-event research. Contribute to internal meetings by providing updates on data and task completion. Additional Requirements Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, research, or marketing support role (internship experience may be considered) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with strong internship experience or student organization involvement Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) Skilled in using Canva for basic visual design tasks (e.g., presentations, promotional materials, reports) Persistent in data gathering, online research, and verification tasks Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness of records Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Has a good eye for visual design and layout, especially for reports and outreach materials Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and supporting both internal and external stakeholders Proactive, resourceful, and open to receiving feedback for continuous improvement Willingness to work flexible hours Additional Info Location: Quezon City, National Capital Region (NCR). #J-18808-Ljbffr
