Marketing Associate

Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to help grow our brand presence through influencer partnerships, social content creation, and most importantly, expansion of our Loyalty Card program. This role will be instrumental in driving customer engagement and improving brand retention both online and offline. Qualifications Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, or any related course At least 1-2 years of relevant marketing or PR experience Strong interest in lifestyle, tech, or youth-driven brands Excellent communication and campaign coordination skills Willing to visit stores and manage on-ground executions if needed Key Responsibilities 1. Partnership Development & Management Identify and evaluate potential brand partners that align with company goals and values. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure consistent engagement. Lead partnership outreach efforts, set meetings, and introduce the company’s products and services. Present partnership proposals and endorsements to the Marketing Head for approval and coordination with the corporate department. Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from prospecting and negotiation to execution and renewal. Ensure all partnership activities follow company policies, brand standards, and confidentiality agreements. 2. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Design to develop partnership proposals and campaigns. Coordinate with the Retail Marketing Specialist to cascade partnership promotions and campaign details to stores and clients. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure partner campaigns are effectively promoted across social media and digital channels. Update the company website with new partner information, collaborations and upcoming promotions. 3. Event & Expo Management Attend expos, trade fairs, and industry events to explore potential partnerships and clients. Assess event opportunities and recommend suitable ones for company participation. Represent the company during events and coordinate logistics for booth participation or sponsorship activities. Generate leads and schedule meetings with interested brands or potential corporate clients. 4. Campaign Execution & Reporting Coordinate and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners. Track and analyze partnership performance and provide regular reports and insights to management. Prepare and update marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for partnership pitches. Recommend improvements or new strategies based on performance data and industry trends. 5. Market & Industry Awareness Stay updated on market trends, competitor collaborations, and emerging partnership opportunities. Identify innovative collaboration ideas to enhance brand exposure and strengthen market presence. Maintain a database of active, inactive, and potential partners for easy reference and follow‑up.
