We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Accounting Manager to join our growing construction business. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and with proven experience in the construction industry.

Core Competencies
  1. Financial Management & Compliance – Strong understanding of construction-related accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  2. Leadership & Team Management – Ability to lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
  3. Strategic Planning & Analysis – Provides financial insights to support company growth and operational efficiency.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, adherence to tax laws, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Strengthen accounting systems, controls, and procedures to safeguard company assets and optimize efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • 100% accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Variance between budget vs. actual maintained within acceptable limits.
  • Zero major audit findings and compliance issues.
  • Improved accounting process turnaround times (e.g., month-end closing within defined deadline).
  • Team performance and retention rates.
Qualifications
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in accounting management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong background in cost accounting, project-based accounting, and financial planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
