Protect company assets against fraud and theft. Ensure the local management/plant are complying with the rules and policy set by the management. Verify and check the accuracy of records by doing mathematical checking of documents and actual inventory of such. Travel to various locations (showrooms, plants, sub‑warehouse and other locations) to perform inventory and other accountability audit. Check on the correctness of declaration on cash and other cash items, inventories, back‑loads, under‑fill, buffer stock etc. Report to head office any discrepancies (shortage), theft, suspicious activities and other unfavorable circumstances for the company.
