Position Overview:
The Corporate Planning (CorPlan) team is responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. This role involves conducting market research, evaluating business performance, forecasting trends, and assisting management in making data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Business Development
Assist in formulating corporate strategies, business plans, and organizational goals.
Conduct industry and market research to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with different departments to align strategic objectives with operational execution.
Financial & Performance Analysis
Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to track company performance.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making.
Identify cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements.
Project Management & Execution
Oversee strategic projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corporate initiatives.
Provide recommendations for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
Risk Assessment & Policy Development
Identify potential risks affecting business growth and sustainability.
Develop and implement corporate policies and governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and internal controls.
Reporting & Presentation
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and economic developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in corporate planning, business analysis, or strategic management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and data analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
