Overview This Finance Accountant supports the accounting department in financial reporting, general accounting, budgeting & forecasting. The role maintains accurate financial reports and supports informed decision‑making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Day‑to‑day accounting and bookkeeping through QuickBooks Online Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management Month‑end and year‑end closing activities: journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial report preparation Mentor junior team members and review their work Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitor departmental expenditures Coordinate with departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate cost allocations Support internal and external audits Collaborate with external accountants or consultants on tax‑related matters Prepare ad‑hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management Maintain organized financial records and documentation, ensuring data integrity in financial reporting systems Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is a plus) 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and financial modeling Experience with QuickBooks Online Self‑starter who owns KPIs and is independently motivated Comfortable with working remotely and CST Timezone Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
