Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ticketing to design and deliver effective training programs. Conduct onboarding and upskilling sessions for L2 – Complex itinerary trained resources. Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and close skill gaps. Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and process documentation. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
