Your Role As a Operations Associate, you will be in-charge of collecting and updating employee data needed by the supervisors, execute short-term projects, assist account managers. Help the People and Partnerships Account Managers monitor and track daily attendance. Monitor and track daily schedule compliance; manage and update employee records. Manage and update project records; liaise with other departments to ensure timely completion. Process client projects such as data encoding, content writing, transcription, research, and analysis. Assist in disseminating information to employees about policies and company events. Create, maintain, and administer schedules for outsourced staff in coordination with team leaders/supervisors. Update statistical reports used in management decision-making with help of the Reports Analyst – attendance reports, schedule adherence, etc. All other duties as assigned. What You Need At least 6 months of relevant experience or open to fresh graduates. Excellent written and oral skills. Excellent MS Office skills. Tech savvy. Flexible. Leadership experience in school is a plus. Must be amenable to working shifts in MOA, Pasay.
