Marketing Head

We’re hiring a Marketing Head to lead our campaigns and help grow our skin & aesthetics clinic. You will manage all marketing efforts: planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations in-line with our objectives. Ideally, have knowledge and experience in any paid ads management (Meta, Google, TikTok) and are ready to bring fresh strategies to the table. We’d love to have you
Responsibilities:
- Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
- Plan and run ad campaigns across social and digital platforms
- Manage the marketing budget and track campaign results
- Oversee content, branding, and promotional activities
- Lead the marketing team and support clinic growth
- Oversee marketing expenses and resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Communication, etc
- 3–5 years of marketing experience
- Any paid ads experience preferred: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Strong leadership, creativity, and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills
- Mid-Senior level
