Accounts Payable Associate ( Fresh Graduate are Welcome to Apply ) Direct message the job poster from Potato Corner Accounts payable associate's job is to process financial transactions and ensure bills are paid accurately and on time Job Description(s) Provide accounting support to the accounting department Verifying vendor accounts and processing of purchase orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies Assist in monitoring payables to suppliers Reconciling account transactions with the general ledger Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate or equivalent Knowledgeable in accounting systems and proficient in MS Office applications especially (Excel and Word). Able to communicate technical terms in a clear, constructive, and professional manner High sense of urgency and should be able to maintain strict confidentiality with all the sensitive transactions in the organization.
