Responsibilities Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a functional consulting or analytical role within payroll outsourcing or payroll software environments. Lead kick-off sessions and facilitate functional requirements discussions with clients. Collaborate with clients to capture and finalize payroll configuration details for Strada Pay workbooks. Identify and document deviations from Strada Pay product and process standards. Partner with the Product team to configure and validate the payroll solution and integrations. Conduct data mapping and data validation across all systems and coordinate issue resolution. Manage and track defects through resolution with relevant technical and functional teams. Support UAT and parallel testing phases, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance. Provide knowledge transfer to ongoing application services and operational payroll teams. Contribute to and maintain the project plan, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met. Define and document workarounds and support their resolution. Strong understanding of Philippine payroll processes, taxation, and compliance legislation. Proven experience in end-to-end payroll implementation project lifecycles. Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all business levels. Strong analytical and documentation abilities to capture and articulate client requirements. Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose creative and feasible solutions. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
