1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead Location: Taguig City (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Schedule: EMEA / Mid-Shift Salary: Up to PHP 150,000/month Category: ERP / CRM / Tools About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead to provide functional support, process optimization, and solution stability across a global SAP environment. You’ll serve as the primary functional lead for OTC processes, ensuring high-quality delivery, system reliability, and strong client engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, strong integration skills across FICO, MM, and other modules, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within enterprise-scale systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the SAP Order-to-Cash landscape, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement. Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements within Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PS, and Technical) for integrated solutions. Drive process optimization and automation within OTC functions. Support period-end and quarter-end closings, ensuring accurate order-to-cash processing. Prepare functional documentation, impact assessments, and testing plans. Mentor and guide support resources, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication and support. Qualifications 8+ years of SAP experience with a focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. Expertise in both ECC and SAP S/4HANA, particularly in support and enhancements. Deep understanding of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing. Strong integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, and related modules. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills. Familiarity with ITIL service management processes. Amenable to hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite in Taguig) and mid‑shift schedule.
