Overview Corporate Actions Client Support Senior Analyst (EMEA Shift) at DTCC. Supports Asset Services by providing phone and Salesforce inquiry support to DTC clients for Corporate Actions and related products. The team partners with Operations and Agents to ensure timely resolutions and strengthen client relationships. This role serves as the central point of contact for Asset Services escalations and tracks issues through completion for clients and relationship managers. Key Functions Corporate Actions Client Support is the central point of contact for Asset Services escalations and manages handling and tracking of issues through completion for both clients and relationship managers. Research and respond to data service client inquiries via email (case within Salesforce), telephone, and the My DTCC web portal. Your Primary Responsibilities Completes operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides; identifies opportunities to improve process efficiency and handles complex inquiries. Takes ownership of workload, ensures deliverables align with procedures, metrics, and benchmarks; manages competing priorities within critical timeframes. Builds knowledge of department controls; incorporates risk and control processes into daily responsibilities and escalates as appropriate. Maintains a strong client service focus, responding to inquiries timely and resolving issues promptly. Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate issue resolution, operational improvements, and risk reduction. Demonstrates effective communication, engages in meetings, and applies feedback to the role. Facilitates training sessions for junior team members as directed by management. Participates in projects and initiatives; supports risk and control process alignment in day-to-day work. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Amenable to working in the EMEA Shift (PH Mid Schedule) Talents Needed for Success Collaborates well within and across teams Communicates openly with team members and others Reviews deliverables with the team to ensure quality and accuracy Adheres to established rules and procedures when performing work Work Model DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee) We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
