We have an exciting opportunity for a **Process Advisor - Procurement and Materials Management** **,** and applications will be accepted until November 7 at 11:59 pm**.** This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati, Philippines.* Manage or support procurement and Materials Management-related projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones* Coordinate tasks across teams, manage project timelines, and maintain comprehensive documentation* Identify risks and provide proactive solutions to address them* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field* Experience in procurement and Materials Management, process analysis, or a similar role (internships included)* Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization* Prior experience in internal or external consulting roles* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)* Understanding of procurement and Materials Management processes and procurement best practices* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools (e.g., SMART by GEP)* High Engagement Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders* Consultative Mindset: Experience in problem-solving, solution design, and stakeholder alignment from a consulting perspective* Problem-Solving: Analyzes data and processes to provide actionable recommendations* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting insights and reports* Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in data analysis and process documentation.* Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment* Experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)* Knowledge of procurement and Materials Management analytics or process improvement methodologies* Exposure to shared services or CoE environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
