Ensure proper setup and functioning of the Odoo Cloud Accounting system to track company accounting, inventory, and transformation processes properly Weekly data entry of Mobile Money, Bank Transactions, and cash purchases (cocoa) Ongoing digital organisation of company financial documents and accountability for audit purposes Presentation of monthly management accounts by the 10th of the following month Routine reconciliation of inventory, bank/MM, and cash accounts Review and approve weekly reports (cash balancing, and weekly bag counts) and end-of-month reports submitted by each branch (monthly auditor stock counts, cash counts, MM payments lists, asset verifications) Weekly reporting on a) average cost of production & b) production losses Weekly audit spot checks with the team on the ground to confirm incoming data Weekly review of procurement sheets for cash balancing and buyer performance balances Monthly reconciliation of loans and trade finance agreements Oversee routine tracking, monitoring, and follow-up of AR / AP Invoicing company sales based on Sales order notes submitted for both chocolate and cocoa beans Review and approve tax calculations carried out by local consultants Lead annual audit activities with company auditors Support capital-raising efforts for company expansion plans and produce financial reports for company loan applications Complete quarterly cash flow projections ahead of each quarter and 5-year company financial projections on an annual basis during loan renewal time (May Aug). Skills requirements: Should be familiar with Odoo Accounting Software Has experience in cost analysis in a manufacturing or commodity trading entity (required) Has 3 years of manufacturing (industry) experience Degree in relevant Account or Finance field, progress completed towards CPA or ACCA 5-9 years of experience in the accounts department Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Odoo Accounting Software Positive attitude, attention to detail and strong communication skills Work Schedule: 11:00AM to 8:00PM Work Set-up: Onsite (Cebu) By Applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for the purpose of recruitment and employment may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or to its clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
