Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to define job requirements and assessment criteria. Enhance candidate experience through innovative recruitment processes. Provide organizational support and problem-solving in challenging situations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university (preferred). Minimum of 3 years BPO experience in the same capacity (preferred). Must have proficiency with various MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Proficient planning, time management, and decision-making skills. Can communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential.
