Job Title: IT Project Management Associate Employment Status: Full-time Work Location: Onsite – Arca South, Taguig Work Shift: Day Shift (Mondays to Fridays) Salary Range: Ear up to PHP 54,000 per month Recruitment Process: Online Application Only About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Management Associate to join our growing team in Taguig. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between IT and business units, overseeing end-to-end project management — from initiation and planning to execution and monitoring. This role ensures that all IT initiatives are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, and executed efficiently across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities ● Serve as the main point of contact for all IT-related projects. ● Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders. ● Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocations, and risk assessments. ● Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery. ● Monitor progress, manage issues, and provide regular status reports. ● Maintain a centralized project portfolio and ensure alignment with company strategy. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field. ● At least 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or management. ● Proficient in project management tools and documentation practices. ● Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
