Job Highlights
  • Paid hours per week: 40
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour unpaid break | Mountain Time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily accounting entries across multiple business entities (mattress stores, gym, real estate LLC, events company)
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations for all companies
  • Generate accounts payable and accounts receivable reports for management review
  • Process payroll and manage automated billing systems
  • Handle point-of-sale system integration and inventory tracking for retail operations
  • Manage automated deposits and bill payments for gym operations
  • Process real estate transactions and rental income entries
  • Handle occasional event-related accounting entries
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
  • Support Bill.com operations when additional capacity is needed
Requirements
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
  • Experience with Bill.com preferred
  • Previous experience working with US clients strongly preferred
  • Dual monitor setup and reliable video conferencing capabilities
  • Availability to work US time zone hours
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management preferred
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy across multiple entities
  • HMO Coverage in eligible locations
