Sourcing Specialist

The Role

The Sourcing Specialist will be an integral part of our Sourcing team. This role involves identifying and attracting top talent across the United States, Philippines, and Latin America (LTAM). The ideal candidate will leverage their proven expertise in strategic sourcing, market intelligence, and relationship-building to support our clients' diverse talent acquisition needs.

What You’ll Do:

1. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various industries within the US and LTAM.
2. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, networking, and direct outreach.
3. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
4. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market mapping and talent pooling.
5. Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to identify and engage potential candidates.
6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights.
7. Stay updated on regional employment trends, compensation practices, and competitive intelligence.
8. Tailor sourcing strategies to align with regional nuances and cultural expectations.
9. Ensure all sourcing activities are compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations.
10. Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights.

What We Expect From You:

1. 3-5 years in talent sourcing, with significant experience in the US and LTAM markets.
2. Proficiency in HR technology systems such as JazzHR, Workday, Jobvite, or other ATS.
3. Experience working in an RPO or staffing agency environment is highly desirable.
4. Strong sourcing skills, including expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
6. A sense of urgency.
7. Good organizational skills.
8. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
