Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a Commercial Deployment Expert to join our Philip Morris Business Solutions (PMBS) team in Manila, supporting the Asian Global Travel Retail markets. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to regional teams, helping to bring commercial plans to life and ensuring seamless execution across markets like China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

You’ll also gain exposure to regional and global projects, opening doors to exciting international career opportunities.

What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with regional teams oncommercial planning, customer development, andconsumer experienceinitiatives.
  • Drivechange managementand support the adoption of shared service models across markets.
  • Lead deployment efforts forretailer infrastructure,portfolio initiatives,digital activations, andvisual merchandising.
  • Manageonline and offline contentto ensure brand consistency and market relevance.
  • Act as a bridge betweenmarket teamsandshared services, helping stakeholders understand the value of centralized support.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in a commercial, marketing, or project coordination role.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) — essential for supporting key markets.
  • Fluency inJapanese or Koreanis a plus.
  • Strong digital acumen and curiosity for new platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient.
Work Schedule and Location:
  • Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement
  • Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
