Qualifications
  • Has bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related fields.
  • With 1-2 years of experience in Technical Writing or any related experience
  • Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and managing technical documentation and content.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Extensive experience in drafting and editing user manuals, guides, release notes, and other technical documents.
  • Has ability to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to complement technical documentation.
