RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting site inspections.
  • Coordinating with project managers and other engineers on technical and operational issues.
  • Managing materials, machinery, and manpower on site.
  • Resolving any technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekends.

Overview

Project Support Officer works underneath with Production Manager and Production Supervisor to ensure that a certain part of a project runs smoothly. Responsible for inter-department alignment of each project.

  • Assist Production Manager and Supervisor on all project implementations.
  • Monitor existing projects around the production area
  • Request budget needed for ocular, delivery, installation and any other actions that requires financial plan
  • Schedule oculars and site visits for the project before installation.
  • Align all oculars, installations, and other mobilization schedules and request for Logistics support when needed
  • Coordinate with the Suppliers and Partner related to projects. Recognizing essential vendors and collaborators necessary for project execution but not limited to glassworks and fast metalworks.
  • Gather manpower given by the Production Manager or Production Supervisor and schedule meeting before installation

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering Courses (Open for Undergrad with same courses)
  • With experience of at least 1 year in Project Support Officer
  • With Good Communication Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic with the ability to function efficiently without supervision
