About the role

EEI Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team. As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, with opportunities for career progression within our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless project delivery
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and delays, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
  • Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other key stakeholders
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Railway as a Construction Manager or in a similar senior construction role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant building codes and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
