About the role We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks efficiently. The role is fully remote and involves collaborating with various team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. What you’ll be doing Perform general administrative tasks. Order blogs, backlinks, and upload blogs to the websites. Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and prepare reports as needed. Conduct research on various topics and compile information for presentations or projects. Manage and update databases, ensuring accurate and up‑date information. Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining project documentation. Support the team with virtual meetings, including setting up video conferences, managing agendas, and taking meeting minutes. Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned. Research locations and keywords for analytics reports. Who we’re looking for Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail. Ownership, initiative, and proactiveness. Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. Outstanding follow‑up and follow‑through. Effective time management, personal accountability, and organization. Prior experience within Digital Marketing, PPC, or SEO is strongly preferred.
