Overview The Purchasing Analyst at Bite Me Up CDO Food Corporation plays a critical role in supporting procurement activities by analyzing purchasing trends, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies essential for food production. The position ensures that all purchases meet quality and safety standards required for food manufacturing. Responsibilities Analyze purchasing trends and evaluate supplier performance to support procurement activities. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies essential for food production. Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards required for food manufacturing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field Minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the food manufacturing sector Familiarity with ingredients, food-grade packaging, and sourcing requirements for perishable items Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills Knowledge of FDA, HACCP, and other food safety-related compliance standards Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Experience working with bakery or frozen food suppliers Certification in Supply Chain or Procurement (e.g., CIPP, CPIM) is an advantage Familiarity with local and regional suppliers in Northern Mindanao #J-18808-Ljbffr
