Product Manager (Product Activation and Onboarding), MariBank (formerly SeaBank) Monee, Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Develop innovative onboarding and registration solutions that drive business growth, enhance customer acquisition, and improve long-term customer retention. Collaborate closely with the Product Managers and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business, onboarding, registration, and user journey requirements. Document detailed business requirements and present findings and proposals to management and key stakeholders across product, operations, and customer experience teams. Design, prepare, and execute comprehensive test cases for onboarding and registration features, coordinating with the regional product team to identify, report, and resolve issues efficiently. Support operational teams in configuring onboarding flows and developing communication strategies to streamline the registration process and reduce drop‑off rates. Monitor the performance of onboarding journeys, identify friction points and successes, and recommend improvements to optimize user experience and conversion rates. Serve as a subject matter expert by creating and delivering training on onboarding and registration processes, ensuring that standard operating procedures and documentation are consistently maintained and updated by all impacted teams. Requirements Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information System, Technology Management, or any related course. At least 1 year of experience in Product Management or related roles (Systems, Business Analyst, Product Testing). Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively. Good analytical and logical thinking skills. Good collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
